FocusDR Posted August 18, 2021 Share Posted August 18, 2021 Last year or so I’ve been playing through the Assassins Creed franchise. Finished Unity (Worse AC) and now I’m onto Origins. Love Egypt and the visuals, enjoying the game so far but I don’t like the way the game works with quests and such. The same reason I stopped playing Valhalla, a beautiful game but IMO it sucks. I needed more Ethernet cable so I threw in Ghostbusters Remastered as I've wanted it for a while which was also $20 at Best Buy. There is a tear in the shrinkwrap as you can see, but no damage to the case itself. So glad that Hades got a physical release on PS4 and at retail too. A pleasant surprise was that it has a holo cover. Not sure if all copies have that or only the first print run. Someone in a Discord server posted that Rage 2 was $10 at Best Buy but a quick search online resulted in me finding Rage 2 Deluxe Edition at $14 on Newegg. Sure it's not going to win any awards or anything, but I'm sure I'll get my money's worth at that price and get some fun with it. Another LRG package. I love visual novels so I had to get the CE. It has goodies that make a perfect package for me. Artbook with a manga short, 2 CD soundtrack, some acrylic keychains, and reversible cover art. Also got Obra Din. I didn't go for the CE that time due to budget. Another $20 PS4 game. Disc was loose though which was annoying. I never got to play this back in the day. The only Mana game I played was Sword of Mana for GBA and I never got around to finishing it so the rest of the series is a new experience for me. I know Switch is the hot thing now, but I am glad PS4 physicals are still going even though I had to import. Another import. I had ordered this a while back (release date was late January), but due to covid shipping restrictions, I only got this last month. This PS4 physical release was exclusive to Asia and Japan. I guess it's not as important now since we're getting the PS5 physical next month, but it came with a soundtrack CD with great artwork as a preorder bonus so that's cool. As time passed, somehow I managed to lose my copy of the game. It took me a long time, but I decided to buy this again since I couldn't find my original copy anywhere. Luckily, this is pretty cheap these days, as I paid about 20€ from a brand new one. Also, since I got the platinum from Peace Walker earlier this year, I'm considering to start this later this year. Luckily they dropped the PS4 version before that, save the Switch for casual or VN games. Sense: I wanted for the Vita, forget that with how expensive a copy is now.
