New game plus question

Currenlty playing NG+ on merciless to get the eternal bonds trophy. (At 84 i think). If you manage to beat the reaper can star another NG+ can you bring the diffculty down to normal, hard or easy???

it is fixed on merciless during the playthrough, but i heard u can choose the difficulty again after beaten it

Yeah you will have to beat the reaper on every playthrough to do another new game plus and you can lower the Difficulty on a new run after beating him on Ng+ beware U will need very good builds for reaper on merciless cos he spawns mini bosses in his fight

Oh jesus. I've just been spaming magic so far. Mind at that point with all the incense you get my stats will hopefully be maxed at that point
