Fun fact the game used to be known as Game e-Ninja Neptune or that's what they turned that game into.

1. Main Characters: Neptune, Vert, Blanc, and Noire (Purple Heart, Green Heart, White Heart, and Black Heart)
2. Other Characters (pick 6 of the following): Nepgear (Purple Sister), Uni (Black Sister), Ram/Rom (White Sisters), Uzume Tennouboshi (Orange Heart), Plutia (Iris Heart), IF, Compa, Nisa, Tamsoft, or Nitroplus.

• Have at least 5 to 9 new playable "Guest" characters for this game. Compile Heart has already started this by revealing the female version of Goh the Crow (from Shinobido: Way of the Ninja), and we just have to see how many more are added before the game launches (examples below are my unprofessional opinion). Some of these could be DLC (especially the Dead or Alive and/or Ikki Tousen characters, since those franchises had several of their characters featured in past Senran Kagura games):

1. Goh the Crow (Shinobido: Way of the Ninja) (Gender-bent from male to female for this game)
2. Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden) (Gender-bent from male to female for this game)
3. Ayane (Dead or Alive)
4. Kasumi (Dead or Alive)
5. Marie Rose (Dead or Alive)
6. (Pick two of the following or keep all four) Hakufu Sonsaku (Ikki Tousen), Shimei Ryomou (Ikki Tousen), Uncho Kan'u (Ikki Tousen), Ryofu Housen (Ikki Tousen)
7. Yuuki (introduced in this game, the pink-haired catgirl seen below)

9. Princes Aaru (introduced in this game, character that Yuuki [above] serves)

 

Remember, everything I mentioned above is pure speculation (just taking guesses at what the finished in-game roster might be, along with possible DLC or expansion characters). I am sure that Compile Heart wouldn't be dumb enough to push out a Senran Kagura/Hyperdimension Neptuina cross-over game that doesn't have a good number of characters from those two respective franchises.

@MossyOakRcn42 It would be nice if they add more SK characters (especially my waifu Hikage), but since there are lots of SK characters, literally a lot (5*5 basic characters plus New Link characters), I wonder if there will be an online character vote or something similar to let players decide

not surprised Senran Kagura PBS have multiple crossover including valkyrie dive, dead or alive 5, Super Sonico and Hyperdimensions Neptunia series, so I assume the SK will do something similar.

 

after i seen the main characters in this game kinda had me worried.... guess the rest of the SK girls to be locked behind a paid DLC.... Please Let Minori and Hibari from Senran Kagura a free playable characters at least ?

Yuuki is looking mighty good already. Anything catgirl-related is an instant win for me.

 

I wonder if Mirai is going to be included as well. I kinda have my doubts about whether if they're going to include all of the girls from both franchises into the game. Already have Asuka there, but if they add main SK waifu Mirai to the game, then I'm going to be more than happy.

HAHA, I would just want to see Ikaruga myself but if they go more for the non-main characters then Souji/Soji. Still does look good and I might go a head and import a copy as the US loves to censor things.

The odds are this was toned down during pre-production so all versions will be the same.

Dude I know! I was really looking forward to 7even. Instead of censoring everything, they should just allow games to get published with an 18+ rating outside of Japan. This new censorship trend is really upsetting.

I agree but Senran Kagura never really gets 18 ratings. I think estival versus has a 16 rating in Germany and the UK and a 17 rating in North America and even in Japan. But yea I see your point though, whether the game gets a 16, 17 or 18 age rating, the game should still be released uncensored.

I totally agree that games (or any type of media) shouldn't be censored. What I'm saying is that if games like SK were rated 18+, there wouldn't be an issue, but if I understand correctly, Sony doesn't allow 18+ games to be published outside of Japan.

 

I know that if they were rated 18+, SJWs would still complain, but at least there would be no logic in their argument.

Senran Kagura x Neptunia looks to be fun and that Ninja Meditation mini-game is funny but hopefully you can use other characters for that mini-game. My favorite characters is in the game but I wonder if the CPUs's base forms will be playable or be some kind of skins. If they added other SK/Neptunia characters, then I hope one of them(from each series) is Kagura and Uzume.
