The Sky is Falling Glitched?

The guide says this is unmissable, but both on PS4 and PS3 I have not earned this trophy, and I have completed the game at least twice on PS4 and once on the PS3. Anyone else have this issue? Best way to go about getting it outside of the Hurk mission?

I had to manually get mine. Go to Khilana Bazaar Outpost, there is always a buzzer there. Turn right and go up the hill after you exit the safe house. You'll need the Skill Vehicle Takedown in the Tiger Skill Tree unlocked. The easiest way is to fly around until you find a convoy. You can try it on a normal enemy vehicle, but they often stop and get out once they spot you. Find a convoy, fly along the driver side and spam R3.
