Just tried for the 5th time speedrun and the game crashed again on the last 10-20 mins of the game. It seems like it only unlocks if you do it IN ONE SIT, so yo can't close the game or get a error screen. Don't know yet, but hope it get unlocked even if you skip the dance minigame.

 

The 2005 brains is just a stupid time consuming trophy. Farm it at the start of the level 3, you can get 9 brains in 1 min.

 

And the 100% dance is the platinum barrier. The last round and the bonus run are insane to complete. The good thing is that the pattern seems to be allways the same you must only write the moves and repeat till you get the perfect score.

 

Most trophies are story, and the randoms one can be donde via mission select. You should complete the first run whit about 24-28 trophies.

 

 

Edit: 32/35 atm. After my 6th try now i can confirm that you CAN skip the dance minigame on the speedrun (just fail one time and press Square) BUT if game crash, you suffer somekind of bug, or game get closed you will NOT obtain the speedrun trophy and must to start again. My last run was nearly perfect whitout die or loading checkpoints (cause to bugs) in about 1 hour 10 mins. And no, game has no time option to check it.

 

The worst bugs problems for me where:

 

-The tutorial. When you get to the "Call your Zombies" tutorial WAIT till the robot finish all the dialogue before call the Zombies or this part will get some mins to fixed by self.

-The "use zombies to destroy the doors" missions in the last levels. Doors could get indestructible or Zombis just don't care about doors. Even if you load the last checkpoint it don't get fixed, you must to restart the mission and you will not unlock the speedrun trophy.

-The tank in the last 2 levels. DON'T use the machine gun and the cannon at the same time. Even if you can, just don't use the tank after kill the pilot.

I was kinda joking. There are people on this site that legit won't play some amazing games just because they can't get 100%. Or act like not getting platinum will define their life, their whole family and neighbors. Which is kinda amusing people think so much of arbitrary trophies. But it was kinda in relation of the whole website, not OP in particular, I will agree 100% that buggy and crashing games are the worst, and I would complain about those myself

Finally got the speedrun trophy at my 6th try. I allready edited my first post, but here is some info about the trophy.

2005 brains (i think there is a part whit infinite enemies but must check it) and dance trophy left now

Just my two cents, but if the developer/publisher can't get something simple like trophy triggers to work, I don't feel like they deserve my revenue.

Anyway..................

 

It's quite annoying how games are put out now a days and unfinished but they get away with it because they can update the game, if you put out an unfinished broken game in the PS1 & PS2 days you were pretty much done for, that kind of pressure they had back then was better because they had to put a working game out, they couldn't be lazy and leave it unfinished.

Note: I love this site, the comment is sarcasm for those who don't realize most game specific forums are for help, not sharing our bloated opinions.

I took me almost an hour to get it myself. Honestly one of the most stressful trophies I've come across. For the last round I always recorded a clip of the pattern and then play it back 3 times. It really helps but it still doesn't stop yourself from making mistakes.

I wouldn't say Stubbs is overly buggy. Apart from having a slight issue with the dancing minigame (having to press the face buttons before the beat for the game to register) and a crash when being killed by a robot, it's relatively stable compared to recent releases (looking at you, Watch Dogs Legion).

I luckily complete the speedrun at my 6th try in 1:00:28.

 

Now i'm farming the 2005 brains, but 9 brains in 1 min is the best farm method i could find...

I'm not trying it yet because my game has crashed like 9 times over the course of 7 hours of gameplay. Game crashes don't bug me that much but this is ridiculous. I really hope they can fix it with an update.
