Killing the slug queen and getting the wonder weapons looks like that they can be missable depending on your choices! And investigating every suspect and reporting it,got to do it before you make your choice of the suspect!

Popular Post ImMagnetz
The Slug Queen is unmissable. You fight it at the end no matter what. The only missable trophies are "Interrogo Totus", "Spectrum Needler Buddy" and "Mutt and Jeff". They're all very easy to get though. For "Interrogo Totus", just don't accuse anyone of the murder until you've interrogated Bertie, Spencer, Sedrick and the Prophet. In order to get the quest to interrogate the Prophet, you'll have to talk to Bellhop Norville by the elevators in the lobby. For "Spectrum Needler Buddy", you get the Spectrum Gattling by collecting the eight different Spectrum Vodka colours. They're scattered all over the place so it's not difficult at all. In fact ,if you go to the terminal at the RR&DD lab, it'll give you a quest to collect all the colours which will give you map markers for each of them. Once you have them all, put them into the terminal at the RR&DD lab. It's probably the most convoluted of the three weapons to get but, again, not difficult at all. I actually had 7/8 of the colours by the time I reached the RR&DD lab just from randomly looting. All I was missing was Indigo. You'll also need Udder Buddy. You can get it by going up to the big area of land at the top of the map and going to the building straight in front of you. Talk to the woman there, do a quick quest for her and it's yours. Then all you need is The Needler, which you can get by passing an easy 45 Persuade check when in dialogue with someone you'll come across naturally as part of the main questline, or by either pickpocketing them or looting it from their corpse. Finally, for "Mutt and Jeff", what I did was interrogate Bertie and eventually a line of dialogue will come up where you ask one of your companions to be the bad inspector. For me it was Parvati. She'll fail pretty miserably at it because she's too nice but just be nice to her about it and it'll confuse Bertie that you and Parvati can't figure out who's good and who's bad and he'll tell you what you want to know, followed by the trophy pop. Hope this helps someone.
