The whole store seems to be held together with angel's breath and hope at this point. Just kind of move the section around until nothing visible on the screen is highlighted - hopefully, your on the correct invisible button, and press X ? Dang.. that's really a bit of a downer. Thank you for clarifying how PS Now works! One thing I can confirm though, is that PS3 and PS Now gamers can connect to the same online player pool. Even the store on PS4 is garbage, it caused my PS4 to literally turn itself off once after making a purchase, made it reboot once when simply browsing it, has consistent weird soft crashes and freezes, and occasionally doesn't load at all (though that used to be way more of a thing in the first few years, doesn't do it often any more). In comparison, I can't think of any notable issues I've had with any of the eshops on Nintendo systems or the storefronts on Xbox, aside from the occasional "store is currently undergoing maintenance" error. It's not that different after all, both consoles don't download at full speed anyway. I have a 100Mbps connection, on PS4 it downloads at 12MB/s which is maximum possible speed, on PS3 it goes at 3-4 maximum, even wired. That's archaic hardware to you.
