Overwatch PS5 Edition?

No. But it's probably because upgrades like 120 FPS are easy for Xbox versions, whereas doing so for PS5 would require a full port of the game. There's no point of doing that when Overwatch 2 is in development and will replace Overwatch 1 at some point, but even if they're doing it, it will still take a while.

It's still possible and OW2 is a year away so there's enough time to launch a PS5 version of the game. Especially given the fact that OW2 doesn't replace OW, people can still play with and against OW2 players. Well, hopefully they launch one, was just curious if I missed any interviews that addressed this topic.

The plan is for Overwatch 1 to be integrated into 2. From the start they've said there'll eventually be a single client, and in recent interviews they've literally called it a replacement.

Aware of that but the key word is eventually, they want to simplify the client and consolidate but ultimately everyone will have access to the original content and the two content specifically the campaign will be locked behind purchasing it. I'm not sure what this has to do with a PS5 version, because the game isn't coming out for at least another year so it makes sense that in the interim it would get updated.
