theSpirae Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 I don't think having Days Gone in the PS Collection would stop Sony from offering it as a Plus game. After all, not that many people have PS5 at the moment. I have finished the game recently, twice, and it was a pleasant surprise. The story was decent, characters memorable, and combat serviceable. There were a few things that absolutely annoyed me; the main characters voice actor on the radio when riding on a bike, I wanted to punch that guy. It starts slow and it suffers from the ridiculous "oh this is so survival game" mechanics, but overall, I can recommend it. I hope the Zombie Army 4 leak is correct, I enjoyed the Trilogy a lot. Great work Sony! People who own a PS5, yes. But, you have to remember that PS5 owners are getting Oddworld next month, PS4 owners don't get it. So them adding Days Gone would simply be a game for them to counter the game we have extra. I see the point your trying to make, but disagree, The PS+ collection should be something to help encourage players to buy the PS5 and a PS+ subscription. It loses value when you own most of the games. For reference, I already own a physical copy so, I was screwed in both cases. Most of those don't care about the games, a lot are PS5 owners so already have the game, a lot will have already bought the game, a lot will have played it through PS Now.. Why not choose a game that will attract more interest and please most instead of pissing a lot of people off. Not a bad game, they could have just trimmed a lot of the story down, cause boy does it drag in places. Not interested in a zombie shooter for the other one, even if it's good so big pass on that.
