There are also reports of it affecting at least one PS4 game, as Saint's Row The Third Remastered isn't getting any patches in the EU region. Im on digital and cannot find a patch and im guessing that's why PARK ESCAPE is not showing up for me in the game as the guide here says latest patch required. Short fuse is an issue aswell as i cannot join ppl who are on a patched version. Most of the time they are put together into a single folder with game install data (sometimes with DLC too). So if You remove the game install the patches are gone too most of the time. Dark_Overlord Posted April 11, 2021 Share Posted April 11, 2021 (edited) There's a way to check which games have patches (It'll throw up a security warning but just ignore it and carry on) https://a0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/tpl/np/XXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXX-ver.xml Replace the XXXXX's with the game ID e.g BLUS30792 - Naruto UNSG which has a 1.01 patch, the EU version seems to not have one at all. It'll look something like this https://a0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/tpl/np/BLUS30792/BLUS30792-ver.xml Or you can use the program from Postposterous It'll download the patch to if you like. It's the same vanilla disc as the original release, just with extra codes in the case so still needs the patch for everything to work properly. Savage Moon is on 2.01 and I can see Waldgeist to the left of the campaign when I start it. Is that the correct patch? Street Fighter III: I haven’t tried it yet. Is this an EU problem? So the updates themselves are still on the Sony servers, it's just the xml files that are missing, making the PS3 think that the games are already up to date. No. There's no way to intercept the HTTPS connection, and without that there's no way to get the PS3 to install the update, because it uses the XML file to verify the PKG has been downloaded correctly.
