Most every PS5 game out is also on PS4. I was lucky to get selected by Sony Direct, but their (and retailers') handling of this situation has been abhorrent. Congrats! I'll be chilling til some more games come out and when the console will be readily available in stores, don't mind if it'll take a year or two. Thank you very much and yes there should not be any "rush" to get the console but in a situation like this (fucking pandemic) I really wanted this console... I have been sitting on my ass for too long in this house! I do love my PS4 with all my passion but I really couldn't wait for the new system! Also I am gonna be making a HUGE jump because I always played on a PS4 Slim in a normal Full HD 1080 TV and now I got myself a 4K TV AND A FREAKING PS5. Sorry I am still too excited! AND....NO! After months of being in que after online que I finally got one 2 weeks ago from amazon. It came day after, two people delivered it and i had to sign 2 bits ot paper. (All for a gaming console, i was quite honored lol.) Suprised they wernt a police escort following it because ps5s was all they was delivering. Its probably the most excited ive been unboxing a console. Think its because it was so hard to get. Those problems are Covid19 AND a supply chain shortage. Both of which are obviously out of Sony's control and for some reason, most people don't want to acknowledge those 2 points. I think the step up from ps4 to ps5 is greater than from ps3 to ps4. I think the super quick loading times make a huge difference.
