Bans from ps plus collection

[Two-logic]

           A small youtuber from Europe claimed the ps plus collection for me, I’m in South America. When I heard about the bans I got really scared. I had played crash bandicoot on a blank user, later I deleted the game and save files. I haven’t downloaded any of the other games. I didn’t get banned and the games don’t have locks on them. Now with days gone free for plus I’m afraid that playing it might trigger a ban. Is anyone else in the same situation? Has anyone had someone from a different country claim the games for them and didn’t get the 15-day ban?
