What resets in new game+?

So I've spent days completing everything except the final building quickstarter and puyo puyo which I can't do for the life of me, I reach 12 at best. I was hoping to do these for the 100% before finishing up legendary mode but I am frustrated beyond anything, if I start new game + will I have to redo all the friends to get the 100% again or does the stats in kamurocho go stay the same?  

Also, is it possible to get help in puyo over cross play? I hate to do that but it's pissing me off something fierce.

When you start new game plus you retain everything less friends, quickstarter,photo challenge and photo for unlock legendary pieces for drone.

For Puyo Puyo it's near impossible to do it with share with the fast pace of the game.Try to practice it,take a look on your opponent when he was near to complete a combo,select the fish and hope in a good rng with bubble.
