Why is the Maid Pack the first DLC trophy pack?

On both the PlayStation 4 (Gravity Rush: Remastered) and on PS VITA (Gravity Rush) the Maid Packs are the first trophy packs despite the pack releasing after the Spy Pack.

I mean, it doesn't really affect anything... like at all. But I'm just confused why it's the way it is.

If I recall right, the maid dlc comes before the spy dlc in the main story of the game so perhaps that's the reason.

It does, it's supposed to take place after Chapter 4, while the Spy Pack is playable after Chapter 11. that's the only real reason.
