Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed has a DLC that is somewhat hidden annoyingly after purchasing the digital version on the PS VIta Store. The Metal Sonic and OutRun Bay race track were offered through a voucher in the bonus editions that have now expired. However, it can still be obtained by buying the game digitally and will be included in the downloads once purchased (At least in the Canadian store). While not necessary for the platinum, it can help a bit in obtaining it and I've heard there's some kind of exploit that can be used with it. I did it normally, but just thought I'd share for anyone interested!

It was the physical Limited Edition, I have it and redeemed that code. It's not very useful.

Confused about Shu...  I see that there is DLC with trophies, but I cannot locate the DLC in the store?

Free Patch perhaps. I don't have it yet, can't know.
