Quick question about using 2 accounts.

Hey all. I just have a quick question. My Minecraft world recently got deleted along with the backup save when I just needed the 9 hearts of damage trophy to get the platinum. 
I have both a PS4 and PS5, so my question is, if I go on my PS4 on my alt PSN account, go into creative, give myself a diamond sword with the best enchantments, get a strength potion, then drop those in a world for my main account whilst on survival, could I use that sword and potion to pop the trophy really quickly? Or would this not work?
