Giant list of all PS3 games with DLC trophies (detailed)

This is a complete list of all games that have DLC trophies for the PS3. Thanks to the friendly and awesome guys at SIE, all items will be delisted in 2 months or less. No delisting after all... for now.

 

If I don't mention a season / bundle pack and you find one, be careful it may not be complete as I tried in all cases to verify this info.

 

All DLC usually ONLY works with digital and disk games from the same region (Japan, NA, Europe and Asia). The exceptions are VERY few.

 

REALLY IMPORTANT

The PS3 store is a piece of ... (fill with your favorite slang). I included names of DLCs, as you should use search and the name of the DLC you want to try to find it, if you can't by the game name. Check what I wrote for Mafia II, it's not the only case.

If you see on the store search a repetition of letters you used for a search while erasing characters ABORT IMMEDIATELY (power, + quit) the store as it will crash the console if you try to erase to the first character, and you'll have a nice rebuild to wait. This is happening to me on all stores.

A method discovered by @airpeety (see his post) can find a few stray DLCs.

Stray DLCs seem to have good and bad days on the store, and most probably the reason they don't show up on PSPrices either. Either try another day to see if they show up or try the method described with all DLCs. Since technically they're not connected to any game that is on the store, the problems arise from this issue. When LBP 2 was axed from the online store in January all its remaining DLCs were assigned to LBP 3, probably to avoid this. But I can bet they don't even bother with other titles. The situation with these DLCs is highly volatile and they can no longer be available at any time.

There's a few games I could not detail the DLC, Magics for instance, as the current store is a mess, slow as crap and the app crashes every minute. These were fairly difficult to understand correctly but it's mostly obscure titles for now).

 

I tried to give DLC name when it was relevant or just one or 2 to help finding it.

 

Add suggestions or corrections.

 

Don't spend a fortune, invest wisely who knows when they'll cut access to it anyway (they're dying to do it).

 

REMEMBER delisting, glitched or dead servers information is probably incomplete. Do your own research before buying. I used NA store for reference, or I would go insane, tried to check others when necessary

PS Plus availability is half way through (up to K now), I used Euro PS Plus list, but US one is fairly close. Asian users, sorry you're probably the minority here too.

Asura's Wrath has 3 DLCs, they are Chapter IV: Nirvana, Lost Episode 1, and Lost Episode 2. The last 2 DLCs are merged in a single trophy set. I didn't know they were delisted, let me guess, US/NA Store?

With Brain Challenge, it strangely wouldn't allow me to add the DLC to my cart after I purchased the base game or even add it while the base game was in the cart, but YMMV.

 

EDIT: If you have Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition, are you fine on the DLC + base game? I saw the thread about issues with that version.

Additionally, it should be noted with Hyperballoid HD that the DLC trophies will not unlock regardless of region you buy (it's hard to determine if that has been fixed since it was last reported).

The PSN store is a mess. It looks like Lords of Shadow DLC was delisted, but you have to search by the DLC name to find them. Curious if others are like this.

 

Unless the Drakengard 3 DLC was just recently delisted, those were there a few days ago in NA store.

There is a complete edition of Batman: Arkham City that comes with all the DLC, so buying it off the store isn't necessary. There was also a complete edition of LA Noire that was complete with the DLC if my memory is correct, but I could never find it available so I settled with buying the DLC off the store.

 

Mafia II of course has a complete edition that contains the DLC.

 

Several of these games I've done have been remastered on the PS4, I recommend playing these games on that system if you never touched them as dealing with the DLC for the PS3 from this point forward is just going to be more of a hassle.

Gran Turismo 6 may still have the DLC available after the store shutdown, as updates and downloading should still work.

Great list! A few notes from my panic buying (so far):

• You're missing "Pure Time Trials" for Mirror's Edge.
• Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is delisted, but the DLC is still purchasable (you have to search for the DLC pack names and they show up as bulletpoints under nothing; it's weird).
• Enslaved's DLC is the same as Lords of Shadow's DLC.
• You're missing Drakengard 3's DLC - the trophies have different names but the packs on the store are "Zero's Prologue", "Two's Prologue", "Three's Prologue", "Four's Prologue", and "Five's Prologue". One's Prologue is a thing, but apparently doesn't have trophies. All six (including the one without trophies) are bundled together as "Sisters Prologue Bundle".

This is correct, but the DLC and Mirror of Fate are a download code rather than being on the disc. If you buy it used the code will likely be redeemed and you'll be SOL.

For Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition, one of the DLC's "Return to Ostagar" doesn't work properly on some versions, I still had to buy it from the store and it then worked with my EU copy. Here's the thread:

Unless the Drakengard 3 DLC was just recently delisted, those were there a few days ago in NA store.

Pure was there. Castlevania, that's why I inserted DLCs names. Enslaved DLC is only available with full game, not separate, it has been like that for years. Drakengard already figured form AU store.

There's 5 DLC packs, did not even bother to check how many real DLCs need to be bought as most people will buy the season pass for these games.

Just want to add that deus ex has a DX version that has the DLC on disc and Star Wars unleashed has the ultimate Sith edition with all the DLC they are currently priced around 15 - 30 depending on the condition of course though deus ex DX is on the much cheaper side even new. So there's another avenue if you don't want to buy it digitally.
