Yep, unfortunately some relics require you to obtain multiple pieces before you can get it to count as a single relic. So you should hopefully be almost there. You just have to get the other pieces to make up a whole relic. There's enough standalone relics where if you pick enough stuff up during the story ( Spoiler especially in Skye Larson's house where there are relics you don't have to interact with and can miss ) and around London, you don't even need to worry about those fractional relics.
