PS3 save files between users

I just recently put my account on my brothers ps3 and noticed that the game i bought from the store was also available on his account to play. I also noticed that all his games showed up under one of the game tabs even though i havent played them. so i want to know if the accounts have separate game files which they should. And i also want to make shure that i dont end up getting his games on my account as i have no desire to play them.

Games are shared between all accounts on a console, but the saves are exclusive to the account that created it.

ok so as long as i dont put in a game i dont want to play and load it up i dont have to worry about it. thanks

Even if you did accidentally load up a game on your profile, as long as you don’t earn any trophies in it, you can go to that trophy list on your profile on a PS4, and delete it from your profile too

only some saves work on other users, such as the Link and Cloud characters for 3d dot game heroes you can use them on any id name and so on, even the warriors series of games has saves/ flag types you can share with friends and so on
