Cross save issue

I've run into an issue with cross save. It was working fine, but suddenly it is no longer uploading/downloading my saves properly. It seems like it's just not doing anything, it doesn't show an error, but my game just continues at the same point it was before downloading my save from the cloud. There is also suddenly a loading screen in between uploads/downloads, which was not there before. No idea what triggered this. I've googled around but could not find anything about this being a known issue.

 

Anyone here who's experienced this before?
