Popular Post based_gigachad
My list: - Abzu (0%) - Wreckfest PS5 (90%) > Now 100% - Maneater PS4 (0%) > 100% - Maquette PS5 (0%) - Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered - NA Stack (0%) > 100%) - Truck Racing Championship (0%) > 100% - We Were Here (33%) It turns out that I only needed 5 more wins last night to unlock the final trophy for Wreckfest, for winning 20 events online. The Raiden RS (DLC car) is very helpful for this as it is a top tier race car at all of C, B and A brackets, I tended to search for servers in mainly the C performance bracket as it is in theory the most likely to have relative newcomers to the game which should make the race wins easier by virtue of the competition not being as strong. Nevertheless, had some incredible and fun races, including two back to back where I secured the overtake into first place on the final corner of the final lap and will very much remember this game fondly!
Popular Post freddie1989
Another update, only fair given my lack of them!! Completed Erica to get that off the to do list. Kinda wish I hadn't bothered as it is so slow, the story makes zero sense and the fact they leave you with multiple playthroughs of the same thing just makes it painful. At least a back up save helped me knock the last couple off quickly. Started Agents of Mayhem which seems quite fun but I haven't really got going on it yet. Best start thinking of the list for the next challenge as it will be a 10 game one just out of principle. Popular Post ExHaseo
Finished up South Park. It was pretty fun. I liked the first one a lot more, but I think that's mainly because of how unexpected it was. The second one was still fun to play. My only complaint is that I was forced to play the entire game again. I really hate trophies that punish you for not catering your experience to it from the beginning like this. Also been playing NEO The World Ends With You. I beat the main game and am just grinding and figuring out how to get everything. It's both fun and annoying not having a guide. It's rewarding discovering things on my own, but super annoying having to go in and out of the menu to see what I have and not having an optimized way of grinding. It'll probably be a while before I finish it up, but I'm hoping to be done by the end of next week so I can start on Shenmue. I know I am 3 weeks ahead but I used my 2 swaps for Just Cause 3 & 4 and I am not enjoying these games one bit. Instead, I will play the original games I had on my list, which were both Middle-Earth games until the end of the event. The event was a complete success for me tho. I initially listed 5 games but ended up completing 8 out of the 10 games, which were far more than the few I completed during the Spring event. Great seeing everyone's progress. You guys are a motivation to push myself into completing my backlog as well. Shoutout to @MidnightDragon for putting together another great event and I hope to see many of you guys back for the Fall/Winter Event. 1 - Metro 2033 Redux (4% => 100%) 2 - Metro Last Light Redux (0% => 100%) 3 - Metro Exodus (0% => 100%) 4 - Just Cause 3 (5% => 14%) 5 - Just Cause 4 (0%) 6 - Titanfall 2 (4% => 100%) 7 - Bloodborne (18% => 100%) 8 - Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales (0% => 100%) 9 - Maquette (0% => 100%) 10 - A Plague Tale: Innocence (0% => 100%) Edited August 4, 2021 by xItsLesterx

Popular Post Xenoblast91
UPDATE 4.0.: August hit us so hard that the PS+ games are right at the start of the month, huh? This is a month looks promising, as I hope to finish my remaining 2 titles for the challenge. Also, I realized the amount of online games that I have in backlog, and I should prioritize them if I want to push over in gaming events like this one. Talking about them, I've been thinking mostly on F2P and Plus games offered in the years back and how they appear to be frequent on the leaderboards. I've been hesitating a lot to play Splitgate, as from what I've read, is a very addicting, hectic FPS with a heavy resemblance to Halo series... Which to me is a must to play, but oddly there's no trophy sync yet despite the game was released last week (by the time of this post) and is super grindy... Yeah, I know, but if is fun it should be worth it, isn't? Nevertheless, there are other 2 games at which I'm eyeing to try for and, if I manage to finish I could add them to the list, but if not let's tackle them in the next one! So let's start with my list and how it goes! Mortal Kombat X ~ 100% Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 ~ 100% Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition ~ 100% Ghostrunner ~ 100% Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 ~ 4% → 15% Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 ~ 0% Managed to finish Tomb Raider and Ghostrunner by the end of the previous month. For the first game, I can say that as an adventure game, it stands firm and isn't really that long. The collectibles can be a pain, but not so as you can watch a video and figure out a few of them without much effort, aside from those who are exclusive for the good eye and observing player. The story seemed kind fictional, despite it presents to be a realistic adventure from my perspective, but loved the fact it develops on a remote Japanese island. My experience with the single player outstayed my multiplayer time by far, and I was most worried about the missable trophies in my run, but thankfully they popped along the way without thinking much on them, but giving them a right awareness as they can be tricky; again, a good video and you can be safe with them. For the second title, it left me impressed. The game isn't really that long, but the gameplay forces you to keep playing until the very end. It's one of those games that you want to finish it quick, but at the same time want to keep playing after you’ve beat it. This game is spectacular for speed runners, and for people eager for challenge too. One thing to note is that sometimes, the frame speed drops incredibly low and that can halt your overall strategy or the movements you're trying to perform, but aside that the game is bearable and of course, deeply enjoyable. This is the truest cyberpunk game everyone was waiting, honestly. For Lego MSH2 I undeniably believe that the release of the guide on the site is a foreshadowing, a glimpse of fate that managed to happen in the most perfect time! I’m hesitating a lot to play this game, as my previous experience with the franchise and the series left me a little dizzy due to its crashes, bugs and sometimes silly nature. But thanks to the release of this guide, I believe I go for the 100% despite doesn’t present the DLC included, though. Really, wish to start it on the next week, since right now, I’m focusing my full time with the following. And that’s COD: BO4. A heavy multiplayer title that proves to be to the status of its name. This has proven to be a huge grind, and the fact that you can’t pop trophies at a constant rate versus my previous titles, has just turned me on to really dive in and complete it. I can proudly say that with the help with a good and wholesome boosting group, patience and a ton of luck, the battle royale aspect (which turns out to be the hardest part overall… is simply ridiculous the requirements for a single trophy, like winning a match with a certain item, or trying to find another one with an insane RNG factor added to) as the single player (but not campaign as it lacks) modes are done; being working on multiplayer slowly, as it will be another aspect to grasp correctly, thus taking me more time that considered before and have it covered. But the award to the most consuming part is the zombie’s mode, of course. Today, my team and I finished the first Easter Egg of the three main maps on the base game, after a fateful encounter with a glitch that basically void us from 4 hours of our time… Aside from frustrating us, it actually helped to finish the Egg quicker and more efficiently, also as it give us opportunity to work on other related trophies in said mode. The work is long but slowly but sure, I’m moving forward to the goal. Seriously, I’m starting to understand why people went to backlash this game, but despite that the fun times spend with those players is way worth than any back step I’ve found along the way. Also, I’m planning for my titles on Fall/Winter challenge. As stated above, focusing on heavily online titles will be the best, as they are the most time-consuming and hardest part of my backlog right now. So, working on those seem to be the wisest in my opinion. We all fear servers closures for one reason. Also, those are worthier too in terms or rarity despite honestly don’t mind a lot on that regard, but in the way they are attainable or not. Nevertheless, this is one of my last entries for this event, and I’m super glad to see the huge progress many of you are showing us. Congratulations and well done to everybody! Hope you achieve the progress and finally manage to complete that increasing and never-ending backlog, LOL. See you later, enjoy your games and happy hunting!
Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Almost final update - I managed to get the platinum for Nier:Replicant although I really dragged my heels with it towards the end with the trophy I left for myself to complete, which was the 'complete the game in 15 hours or less' challenge. Thoughts on Nier:Replicant Spoiler Hope I don't sound too negative with this one. I actually enjoyed it to a large extent, but I think I went into this expecting it to be a closer experience to Nier:Automata. Automata is one of my all-time favourite games and an experience that was wonderfully set up to encourage you to finish multiple playthroughs to get the whole story. But even though Nier:Replicant had elements of that repetition encouragement, I think the PS3 era trophy vibes it was giving off even in this remaster/re-cut version of the game really dominated the platinum experience overall and in some areas, negatively impacted it. By the 5th playthrough I felt a bit exhausted by it, even though your progress carries over between saves (bar the final ending) it grew to feel a bit of a chore to keep going. There were definitely some trophies which could have been left behind with the PS4 version of the game without it subtracting anything from the experience - the item grind to upgrade all 33 weapons was intense and I can't help but feel like it was unnecessary overall. Same with the fishing and flower growing trophies - that required a huge amount of time with pre-planning. I actually love fishing and farming gameplay, but the gameplay wrapped around those two elements was really really basic, so it never did much to really engage you while it asked you for hours and hours of time overall. That real time growth timer was a huge issue and made no sense in context with the pace of the rest of the game. All in all, I had some mixed feelings about this game. It's a technically accomplished remaster (it looks gorgeous) that takes place in a truly unique world with memorable main protagonists, but the environment is quite bleak and melancholy and that sometimes feels at odds with the time it wants you to spend in it. I dunno, it might just be me, lot's of people seem to love this game which I respect wholeheartedly, I think I might just have been spoiled by Nier:Automata. I would absolutely recommend playing this game if you weren't interested in the trophies and wanted to see the story & the interesting characters. But if you wanted to shoot for the platinum, definitely treat it with caution and do as much research as possible before going into it and committing. If you were trying to decide between Nier:Replicant and Nier:Automata - I'd definitely recommend Automata above all. Comparably, it's such a polished experience in my opinion. Figuring out what to do with Watch Dogs: Legion Spoiler Well I only have one game left in the list, one that would already be in green with a platinum icon next to it in my list had it not been for a known bug with a late game story trophy. I technically have some time and it looks like Ubisoft have been aware of the issue for over 2 months now and it's 'still under investigation' - which means it's a bug that is low priority or something they won't fix. People have been earning the bugged trophy since, so i'm hoping that a fresh playthrough might fix it. The issue is the fresh playthrough part. So after much procrastination, i'm going to give it another shot. I actually really liked the game once I adjusted to the way characters worked. I also realised I got the season pass when it came out, so I can play the game with Wrench and Aiden from the previous 2 games all fully voice acted, that might help inject more motivation into me to replay the story. I'll just pretend i'm not replaying the entire game for one trophy. Right! that's it for me, I think the next update might be my last for this challenge but we'll see! In case I forget to say it before this event closes - congratulations to everyone and their progress in this event, it's been amazing to watch and read updates about Mass Effect Watch Dogs: Legion - 54% > 91% [Blocked] Mass Effect 2 Cosmic Top Secret Mass Effect 3 Mass Effect: Legendary Edition (additional trophy set) - 100% Subnautica: Below Zero Outriders Nier:Replicant Edited August 5, 2021 by Crispy_Oglop

There's an air of mystery whilst you go through the various chapters as all you really have is your imagination to try and piece it all together but I really liked it and very glad that Playstation decided to give it to us for free. I essentially just need to discover the hidden arctic region and sweep up the collectibles which I could have done very easily in my first playthrough had I used a guide but I wanted to experience the game properly and have no regrets! Fortunately there's chapter select so I'll now go back through with a guide, might not do that straight away though as I'm working with a big group of others to boost Destruction Allstars and I've not got much further to go at all on that!

Popular Post Heather342
Update 10 I had a few days off from gaming this week, but still managed to make progress in The Witcher. My time was spent playing the Blood and Wine DLC, working my way through the necessary quests tied to the trophies. I managed to finish the DLC today, the quests in this were really good and I had a lot of fun with it. Picked up some pretty strong weapons and crafted Grandmaster gear to carry over into NG+ Death March run. I have started my second playthrough, already up to Velen and working on the Bloody Baron main quest. So far Death March hasn't been too terrible, although I have died a couple of times already ? Enemies hit hard in this mode, and sometimes I forget that the Rotfiends explode when you kill them lol. Must remember to roll out of the way! I'm hoping I can mostly storm through the main quest line, maybe a few secondary plots to get to the end of this run, and get the plat before the end of the month. If there's time then I'll also clean up Little Hope before the end of the challenge. I've carried the Assassin's Creed games into the Fall/Winter challenge, there's no way I'll get to them this time ? Trophy progress The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - 81 -> 91%
Popular Post ExHaseo
I've kind of hit a wall this week with Neo TWEWY. I'm at the point where I basically just need all of the drops, but I have no idea which day or where enemies spawn. So I keep having to play through huge chunks of the game to find a single enemy, just for it to not give me anything new. It's pretty frustrating. In addition to that, I apparently missed an item that you could only get by choosing the correct options throughout a 12 part conversation that takes place over a long part of the game. I can go back and replay it, but the lack of a true skip cutscene feature (you can just fast forward), and not knowing which options are right make it pretty disheartening. Going through an hour or so of a game just to find out I messed something up, but not having any idea which part I messed up, just doesn't sound like a good time. So I'm just going to wait for a guide of some kind for these things. As much as I love TWEWY and wanted to get the plat on my own, doing these things without any help is just aggressively unfun. So I'm just going to finish off what I know I can do, and hope a guide appears in the meantime. If not, I'm just going to move on to Shenmue and come back to it once there's at least a noise location guide. Shenmue - 0% Mass Effect Legendary 2 - 100% Mass Effect Legendary 3 - 100% Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven - 9% Ys VIII - 100% NEO The World Ends With You - 56% -> 87% South Park: The Fracture But Whole - 100% Senran Kagura Estival Versus - 100% A Hat in Time - 100% Nexomon Extinction - 100% Dragon Ball Z Kakarot - 100% Swaps 2/2
