I could state that this https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/8239-pato-box will be also WW, but not tested. Edit: Probably, as far as I read, the NA version came out a bit earlier than EU that's why it was originally marked as NA. Okay, that makes more sense. I was wondering if one of them was actually the worldwide release to include EU, but seems it's not available there from what you've told me.
