Usually I can tell by what publisher published the game eg. EU/NA/AS/JP for Ratalaika games I think.. The items inside a series stage are ordered numerically by game ID. So for example, the PS5 version is GID#14349 and the PS4 version is GID#14378. I should clarify that in consideration to RR tagging, the region is more important if it's a digital only product, and so overrides an RR tag. You can see that in the Battle Rockets game I mentioned.
