As far as I can tell, Asian release is generally of the same version to American release (e.g. SW Jedi: Fallen Order), but sometimes it is of European release (e.g. Witcher 3: GotY Edition). Well... One of the lists has 2 HK accounts and 1 EU account showing but the other one only has an EU account showing.
