So I am surprised that here could be differently UNLESS as @grifteskymfning mentioned, it could be a non-syncer, BUT person who raised this issue mentioned that PS4 doesn't show the list at all while offline - that's why I wanted to double check it. iriihutoR84 Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 (edited) Not sure how this works but the game Left Alive has a trophy where the description on PSNP doesn't match the one on PSN after the game got updated with a new difficulty. The PSNP description for the trophy Survivor says "Finished the game on Light or Standard difficulty." while on PSN it says "Finished the game form the first time.". Not sure if you do a rescan for the game or something like that? It may seem unimportant but there was a new difficulty added with a patch that makes the game a little more bearable and with the old PSNP description, it is implied that this Casual difficulty does not count for the trophy when it in reality does.
