Popular Post SupergiantStarr
0 - Iris.Fall - 1 - Broken Age - 2 - Destroy All Humans - 3 - Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life - 4 - Resident Evil 6 (PS3) - 5 - Dishonored: Definitive Edition - 6 - The Sinking City - 7 - GTA V (PS4) - 8 - Dark Cloud 2 - 9 - Transistor - Holy heck, I ACTUALLY did it. My final game for the event, The Sinking City, wasn't the big, spooky event that I was hoping for but it was a very chill way to put a cap on it. Especially coming off of the absolute ridiculous nature of Resident Evil 6. It's still a clever little detective tale that may be a bit too ambitious for its own good. All the missable trophies aren't too bad to keep track of but nothing is especially fulfilling. Especially since some of the missables are tied to some of the absolute worst choices in the game. Like ratting out some poor guard who was just trying to do his job in unfathomable conditions or literally murder some rich politician's mother so that he can get richer. Ultimately, it's enjoyable and I'd recommend it for folks who don't mind a LOT of jank in their adventure games. This was a super fun way to gather up a bunch of random games on my backlog and just get them done. Thanks so much for putting the event together! I'm honestly shocked I got through all of these, especially considering how much time I pumped into GTA V and Dark Cloud 2 at the beginning. Good luck to everyone else still going at it!

Only took me 10 years, 7 months to do. Really glad to find the time to finish this one up as it's one I've wanted to do for a long time, and has a special place in my heart from highschool as it's a game I played a lot with my friends online and was one of the first games I played online with my friends (in fact, they convinced me to get it). Idk, it just feels better to finally close the door on some of my PS3 backlog and getting plats for games I told myself "eventually I will get it." I guess that's why I sign up for events like these! ? I will add that It was a bit of a handful to find friends to boost the TIR events with me, but other than that, I had a blast replaying the game for trophies!
Popular Post Im2Fast_4U
0: Ratchet & Clank 1 1: Ratchet & Clank Full Frontal Assault 2: Ratchet & Clank 3 3: AC Valhalla PS5 Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order PS5 4: Mirror's Edge Catalyst Control PS5 5: Ratchet & Clank Into the Nexus 6: Ratchet & Clank 2016 Movie Game 7: Everybody's Gone to the Rapture 8: Mirror's Edge Ratchet & Clank All 4 One 9: Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time As I said in the last post, I wasn't expecting much from the two spin-off titles in the R&C series. However, Full Frontal Assault was a really fun game. It was definitely short, with just 4 full levels before the final boss fight. The gameplay was surprisingly engaging, and was just a blast to play due to the constant action and running around. The only part that sucked was the last trophy I needed for the , as you had to accumulate over 100 miles of jet boosting across the ground, 26 miles of normal running, and over 2 miles of jet boosting through the air... took two full hours to grind that last one out. Otherwise was a really short and fun experience!! Now with just two games left for the event, I feel VERY good about finishing before the end and getting a full badge! Although I do have a job interview on Friday and dog sitting Saturday, I still think I have ample time to (narrowly) finish! Excited to play Into the Nexus, as tracking down a physical copy last year proved difficult as it was apparently a low print, but I found one in immaculate condition, so I've always had it on my mind in anticipation for that payoff. On to the next!
Popular Post Beyondthegrave07
Wasn't expecting to get this. ? Big shout-out to my bro who helped me a lot with the gems/relics. Crash Bandicoot games in general are just super frustrating to me, but out of the new trilogy, this one was the best. For some reason it was the easiest for me. Not sure if it's because it was the last one I played or if the level design was just easier. No clue. 1 (371) Dead rising 2 2 3 4 - (1644) Resident Evil 6 5 - (5745) Danganronpa 1+2 Reloaded 6 - (6246) Crash Bandicoot 2 7 8 - (10068) Untitled Goose Game 9 - (11479) Ikenfell 0 I could probably finish another smaller game or two, but at this point it's all coincidental if it hits the right number.

It's rarer than one might think, many people only can / want to focus on one game at a time. But due to me separating my games into "Game I play on my own" and "Game I only play with Mrs. Girlfriend around" I kind of have to play multiple games at the same time for years now. Without a little palette cleansing here and there a game starts dragging very quickly for me Currently doing three at once too, soon to be 4 if I pull the trigger on starting NEO: The World Ends With You.
Beyondthegrave07
6 minutes ago, Jens said: Without a little palette cleansing here and there a game starts dragging very quickly for me This perfectly resonates with me. Lol. I just find it really boring to only play one game at a time, and I tend to enjoy games more when I take my time with them than to try to rush through it for the platinum. Lately, I've been playing harder or grindier games so having those extra games in the back to play casually prevents trophy burnout and prevents me from giving up on them completely. It's easy for me to start a new game because I literally care zero about my completion %. I care more about just playing the games in general, then decide if I want to earn the plat. That sucker could be at 50%, and I wouldn't even notice.

I ran into that with another Kemco game, just find a city where you have a nice circular path and run laps around it once you finish everything else off. It goes much faster than you think it will that way. Still annoying, but that will be the fastest way.
Popular Post Geridian
Finally, MMLC2 is done and with this number one for the event. Compared to MMLC1, MMLC2s challenges where a walk in the walk, while some of the level design in MMLC2 is just awful. Still trying to get those challenges done from MMLC1. Actually my status is 50 bronze, 46 silver and 39 gold. Need to get all those 50 challenges which are bronze to gold status. If somebody here thinks that this is easy, just watch this video here and maybe you get the idea why this is not easy. Also everything in this player´s video are just his own replays. I am thinking about picking a substitute for MMLC1 as number 2 game. May need to browse through my backlog. Or somebody comes to my rescue and helps me with MMLC1. Would be nice! :-) 0 - MASS EFFECT: LEGENDARY EDITION (PS4) ? 1 - Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 (PS4) ? 2 - Mega Man Legacy Collection (PS4) 3 - I Am Alive (PS3) ? 4 - SBCG4AP Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner (PS3) ? 5 - SBCG4AP Episode 4: Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective (PS3) ? 6 - SBCG4AP Episode 5: 8-Bit Is Enough (PS3) ? 7 - SBCG4AP Episode 2: Strong Badia the Free (PS3) ? 8 - MASS EFFECT 3 (PS4) 9 - Tales of Hearts R (PSVita) /edit: Think, I will play and finish ToHR the next days and maybe switch MMLC1 with Life is Strange 2 (8232). I don't even know how to describe it other than a sim/side scrolling racer. It was mostly easy but the final races were kind of a big jump in difficulty. I played the PS4 version last year when it came out, but reading Susanna Clarke's Piranesi recently made me crave another playthrough, so I was happy to see it was one of the numbers I still needed. Great first-person puzzle game full of impossible architecture, I highly recommend it. For my #5, I'll see how Hades on PS5 is and pivot to Miles Morales if necessary. I really have no idea what to do for #1 at this point, other than pray for Psychonauts 2 to be the right number. Worst case scenario there might be an Artifex Mundi or Powgi game that would fit.

It is so different from this newer book but one of the best stand alone fantasy books out there, once you get acquainted to the writing style it uses.

For #1 if you have a Vita there's a few of those Sometimes You titles for 99 cents that work. I used Metropolis Lux Obscura (NA Vita) for my #1 and it was a few hours and actually a reasonably fun game. A bit of a warning about that one, it does have some explicit art. I'm pretty sure they had some others that would be a #1 though if that one isn't to your taste. If you don't have a Vita, try some of their PS4 ones, there's bound to be something for #1 and their games tend to be short and easy while not being pricey. For #5, Gaps By POWGI fits that one for the NA PS4 stack.
Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Down to 1. Got "8" covered with LEGO Indiana Jones 2. It was an odd take on the formula. 6 smaller hub worlds with 15 teeny levels each. Really the only brutal part was playing all of the story levels again in Quick Play for no apparent reason. Having not watched a single one of the movies, I still have no clue what happens during these movies. Based on the character depictions, it is probably for the best. Popular Post Spinacheq
Another bites the dust, though sadly it is the last of my list. My number 1 game. I am quite glad it was my last game too as I didn't have a lot of time this last 2 weeks, with work and packing to move at the beginning of next month so it was great to have a game that I could pick up and put down with ease. And it was fun to boot. The music was great and kept the flow and pace upbeat. The characters and ability cards added a lot of customization and flexability. And even though the story was silly, it was fun and made me smile. 0 Eiyuu Senki The World Conquest (PS3) (4040) 1 Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash (PS4) (5931) 2 Back to the Future: The Game (Disc Version) (PS3) (1142) 3 Darksiders (PS3) (213) 4 Chaos on Deponia (PS4) (6964) 5 Time and Eternity (PS3) (2025) 6 The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III (PS4) (9846) 7 Everybody's Gone To The Rapture (PS4) (3767) 8 Beast Quest (PS4) (7348) 9 Song of Memories (PS4) (8609) This has been a great event and I have enjoyed reading everyones reviews and lists, especially a certain persons posts that keeps playing games they have already beaten hehe they always make me smile.
