Yes you can play the last chapter of each campaign on the most difficult difficulty. P.S You can easily play each campaign on easy and then play the last chapter of each campaign on the most difficult difficulty. I even raged quit halfway on the 'Onslaught' mission after the 2 tanks came and resumed some time later once I got my head together.. still the trophy unlocked after beating the last act of Tirailleur.. I know what you mean. I accidentally played through the entire campaign on hard. Then did it all over again on hardcore to unlock that one last trophy. I just need to do the other two final acts on the other two campaigns. And then it should pop?
