Crash bandicoot lost my data

I was coming on to finish the last three relics I needed, sunset vista, native fortress and another level, it’s honestly a slap in the face. Any ideas to bring my data back?

You would need to have a backup of your save file. So either PS+ cloud or on a USB stick.

If you have a save in the Cloud or on a USB drive, copy it back then you will be back where you left off but if you don't have a backup, you're screwed and will have to start over from scratch . It's things like this, why you make frequent backups so you have a fail safe in case something goes tits up and your save either gets corrupted or goes walkies.

I recommend that you constantly back up your saves, make it an habit: months ago I lost my save of WWE SmackDown vs Raw 2010, I had no cloud save and I had to start everything from scratch. Luckily it only took me 4-5 hours to regain my progress, but that day I learned a lesson ?

I've been paranoid as hell about backing up my saves, ever since the OG Xbox was released. I have at least 2 backups on the go at all times (3 if there's an in-game cross-save cloud available) so always have at least 1 working save available should anything happen to the other one.
