I talked with Bailey, talked with Sidonis and deemed her too crazy to release, I went and convinced the second in command Salarian to take over. The quest should end there, but it bugged out on me. (An I realized it too late, so I don't have any backup sknown. When I go to Aria she says I need to talk to Bailey, he says to talk to crazy Asari despite me doing it ages before. So watch out for that and don't move with other quests unless you are sure this one got completed.
