Popular Post Jimmy947 Posted May 25, 2021 Popular Post Share Posted May 25, 2021 (edited) For a few days, CAPCOM is giving "Capcom Arcade Stadium：Ghosts 'n Goblins" for free to Plus users, like monthly Plus games, but for something near a week. Available to claim to your library until June 2nd. You will also have to download the Capcom Arcade Stadium launcher but that is also free. it wasn’t easy for me to find Ghosts N Goblins in the store on the mobile app. I had to type in ‘Capcom Arcade Stadium’ in the search bar and it was the sixth or seventh item down on the list. The price here in the U.K. for that individual game is usually £1.69 so it’s not a huge saving but I’m happy as that’s the main game from the collection that I wanted to play! This isn’t part of a set, it’s just the individual game for free: https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP0102-CUSA26272_00-CASROM0053DLC000 (you have to login to your account first for it to show as free) There are 3 sets available but none are free, they’re priced at around £11.99 each I think. Having said that, this was the main game I was interested in revisiting anyway so I’m happy. Plus you can get all those lovely bronze trophies from a single game too! It has 8 of the best games, Final Fight, Captain Commando, Mercs, Mega Twins, Strider, Carrier Airwing etc. and of course at least one Street Fighter II, the original one. Do you know what I mean? I just looked at that Capcom Arcade Museum list, and it looks like a nightmare. But I would love to play Ghost 'n' Goblins if I can avoid that trophy list. I swear at the time when I typed in ‘Ghosts n’ goblins’ the only thing that came up was the remake though, but now when I search this appears. Strange. Ghost n Goblins one would be a feat to complete the trophies with (Battle of Midway is free with the base game). I only really want Final Fight and Strider from Pack 2 (I guess SF 2 is nice to have as well) but none seem to be available for purchase individually. That might be difficult, not sure if anyone knows yet. I wonder what CapcoMaster Reach Class 20: CapcoMaster. is all about. Perhaps you need to get highscores on 20 games?
