Ich1994-1994 Posted May 28, 2021 Share Posted May 28, 2021 So i got a second vita because on my one he touchscreen doesnt work properly anymore can i just take the memory card with me or will it get formated? Its a almost full 64gb card and downloading an patching everything and get the savegames in there again seems like alot of work. And tbh i am too afraid if i jsut try that it gets formated automatically^^ i would of course use the sale account on the new vita Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DaivRules Posted May 28, 2021 Share Posted May 28, 2021 Nothing gets formatted automatically. If you have the same PSN account, the Vita will use the card just the same as the first one. If it’s a different account, you’ll be prompted that they don’t match and you won’t be able to access it until you format it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Astray404 Posted May 28, 2021 Share Posted May 28, 2021 IIRC several years ago when I switch my memory card from my old vita to my new vita slim, almost all savedata except Muramasa Rebirth were successfully migrated, but I would recommend you do a backup first in case something happens.
