If you want to use one of the old exploits for this game, you will need either the digital or OG retail release then use the Charles Proxy Server exploit to force the game to download a patch from before the exploit was fixed. If you have any version of the game that has the Following DLC included, then downgrading won't work because it will be pre-patched to a version with the exploits already fixed.
