djb5f Posted June 10, 2021 Share Posted June 10, 2021 Second time this has happened to me now (whoops) as I sometimes forget to go to the App to grab the PS5 offerings. I usually claim the PS4 offerings on the PS4 console store. I have been a continuous PS Plus subscriber for many years now. Just wondering if anyone has had success with claiming PS Plus games that they missed while being a PS Plus subscriber through Customer Service? Right, I am wondering if anyone has had luck calling Customer Service and getting it retroactively (assuming they were a PS Plus subscriber during the missed period it was offered).
