Tsuyoshi Kanda took to Capcom’s livestream to thank players who’ve been enjoying the title since its launch in May. He also confirmed that Village‘s multiplayer add-on Resident Evil RE:Verse will go live next month. Finally, Kanda — or rather, an onscreen message — told fans that Village DLC has “just started” due to “popular demand”… which likely means we won’t be seeing it any time soon. If it's more story based, End of Zoe was alright, it wasn't my favourite, but it was also good enough. Just hope it's not cookie cutter content that just reuses a bajillion assets and looks like it was put together by a 5 year old OR some more "Mercenaries". Hoping it'll be great and fairly priced. Always enjoyed the RE franchise and this title has been fun imo. Prefer the third person over first though. We shall see how Capcom will move the series forward. You Posted August 21, 2021 Share Posted August 21, 2021 I hope it's a really difficult dancing minigame with Lady D, Disco fever style where you get murdered if you dance shit from missing too many button prompts Of course, making the overall game difficult to get 100% on. Well it wouldn't be too far our of character, considering the previous game Resident Evil 7 had a really difficult poker minigame slapped in there for no particular reason. Or how about an online only mini game where you have to an escort a BSAA agent throughout the house/village 100 times, and also defeat 100 player-controlled agents and 100 player-controlled creatures along the way.
