Back in 2014, GameSpy servers which hosted both GTAIV, RDR & many other games were shot down & 6 months later online for GTAIV & RDR was broth back with private servers called GoneSpy. The article could be wrong, but I remember it clearly. According to Polygon, Max Payne 3 servers were also effected when GameSpy servers shot down. I'm going to try to answer this so anyone who has same question can resolve here and not posting it again. First, most of the online trophies (even DLCs) can be taken off in a few hours. You will need at least 5 people (including you) for some trophies. This will not take much time, it depends on how good are you for coop and/or if you or someone of your crew got tired and leaves. If you want to get 100%, maybe getting 100 kills with the M4 will take you some time, but with a good boosting group this shouldn't be a problem. Considering that everyone in the boosting group have to do all trophies, this will take you at least 5 hours. Maybe less or more, that depends on how organized are you. Second, the real Payne in the ass is to reach lvl 50. The best method to level up is replaying over and over again chapter 4 part 1 in score attack mode. After reaching lvl 50 you must play a competitive game so the trophy pops. There is no worth boosting method in competitive, even having 4 ps3 and 4 copies of the game, the score attack method is by far the best. Every round takes you around 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how you master it. You have to do this 620 times, you can see any video guide on YouTube. It's easy to do but very grindy to farm. Only doing this will take you 40 to 50 hours (if you did the rest of the online trophies before you start this grind, then you should have a bit of XP so you'll have to play less rounds). Third and last, if you want to get 100% you MUST complete campaign mode. That's because there are two trophies that requires you to play challenge mode. Challenge mode is basically the whole campaign on normal difficulty but as the name says, with some challenges during the missions. Sadly, you NEED to be online to play this mode. Completing the campaign takes you from 8 to 15 hours, depending on how good you are. Personally it tooks 10 hours to me on hard difficulty (game is really hard and you need to complete hard mode because it unlocks classic and hardcore mode). However maybe playing it on normal can save you a few hours, but i do not recommend because you will have to play the whole game again (like if 6 runs aren't enough). Completing challenge mode may take you from 5 to 8 hours, gratefully this mode has not any cutscenes and at this point you should have learned how to play. So both runs can take you 13 to 20 hours.
