I know I can go back and get that single trophy, but once I've done that can I just got to the last chapter to get the full squad? I think you’ll have to play the game from that chapter onwards all the way to the end. Using chapter select will get you the individual trophy but if you want the end-game trophy for having all three with you I don’t think you can chapter select that.
