Terminal Error DLC: Ultra Rare trophy.. Why?

It's like that because the DLC is expensive for what it is so most players don't bother getting it.

1854 DLC owners and 365 trophy achievers = 19.68% but I guess the counting method is a bit different :D.

You should not be buying the season passes. Each overpriced dlc is $7 but that’s only $21 for the trophy dlcs. The extra money is just wasted for skins.

This dlc is too new that people just haven’t played it. Look at killing floor 2. Those trophies are easy and free and still some are currently ur

DLC trophy rarity, for some arcane reason, is calculated using the geometric mean of the number of base game owners and the number of players with at least one trophy from the DLC (the latter is the number of owners shown in the trophy list). Zombie Army 4 is a game with both a lot of owners due to having been given away on PS+ and a lot of expensive DLC that most of those players won't end up buying, so the "owners" figure used in calculations is much higher than the "owners" figure shown.

Instead of being 365 achievers / 1854 DLC owners = 19.68% like you might assume, or 365 achievers / 38474 game owners = 0.94% following Sony convention, the calculation is 365 achievers / sqrt(1854*38474) = 4.32%, to try and estimate and include players who purchased the DLC but haven't earned any trophies from it. How accurate or sensible that is is another can of worms entirely.

As for why most of the other DLC packs don't have trophies that low, if that's what you were wondering: Terminal Error has multiple trophies, so the number of achievers of the trophy you're asking about is significantly less than the number of DLC owners listed. Most of this game's DLCs only have a single trophy, so the number of achievers is necessarily exactly equal to the number of DLC owners listed. If that number is low enough, like the measly 67 owners of Abaddon Asylum, it can still result in an ultra rare trophy, but in general the answer to your question is a low number of DLC owners relative to game owners, combined with a low-ish number of achievers of that specific trophy relative to achievers of any trophy.
