Cthulhu Saves Christmas - PlayStation 5

I am surprised that this one is coming over instead of Cthulhu Saves the World. I preferred Breath of Death VII and Cthulhu Saves the World more but this game was still a lot of fun.

I got my PS5 copy from LRG but I'm guessing the trophies aren't out. Wonder how long that will take

IIRC this one is a prequel story-wise to CStW. The other games will probably come in time.

Cthulhu Saves the World was an amazing game with an amazing OST. Never got to play the sequel, so count me excited!

I loved Cosmic Star Heroine, so I'll be pretty excited to pick this up! Now if only I could find a PS5...

Really fun game, played through on both Switch and PS5 now.

I've seen someone speedrun this game. I am surprised it got popular enough to get a console version. :)

The dev's mentioned on Twitter that the older games are on engines that would make console ports challenging, but he also put up a poll to gauge interest in ports/remakes last year. I imagine they'll come eventually, it just seems like there's a decent bit of behind-the-scenes work that needs to be done to get them ready.
