A Roadmap for FUT

Hello everyone.  I am just now starting FUT in FIFA and was hoping to get some general advice being new to the franchise (I know there are a couple threads addressing Division 4, but I still have some additional questions).  

 

First, is Top Flight Football still achievable (FUT champions qualifying)?

 

Second sounds like best was to reach Div 4 is through the 5 play-in games.  What can I play in FUT to improve my team? I've read if I play 30 games it will rank me automatically. Which game modes does this affect? Is it only squad battles? Can I play friendlies games over and over? Basically where can I grind a better team before trying qualifying?

 

Finally, how good a team do I need before I attempt? Mid 80s? High 80s? 90s?  And is there anything other general advice I need going in?

1. Yes Top Flight Football is still achievable as weekend leagues are still happening.

2. SBCs or Doing objectives may earn coins, in terms of division 4 I'll be honest it's really sweaty at the moment Players have all 90+ players in their team so even if you're better than them they can over power you I'm quite experienced so I managed to do it with players 83-85 rated players but it was way harder than usual because of how late I started playing FUT this fifa. I usually play it when it comes out when it is much easier because there isn't many special cards
