Help with a couple of the events?

Depends what exactly you are finding difficult about them, 200m swimming is mainly about managing your stamina, don't use more than a quarter of it for each lap, on the 100m if you're timing a lot of the inputs too early or too late you just have to adjust accordingly and don't use your speed boost/spurt at the end too early so it doesn't run out before you reach the finish

 

The relay isn't too bad once you find the right speed for the button pressing on the sprinting sections, the most important thing is getting good timing on the baton changes
