Some devs are ex-cod devs and the game seems very appealing to people like me who haven't adjusted to what the new CoDs are going for.When the game was revealed initially, I didn't like the idea of it, but after viewing the video below I changed my mind. The first map in the video is very reminiscent of a certain map in bo2 which I can't remember the name of. It seems to scratch the old school CoD itch almost perfectly. The only worry I have is the exclusion of killstreaks in favour of the 'specialist' abilities (I don't know what the game actually calls them or exactly how they function). The flamethrower ability shown in the video seems to be a bit OP. The game is focused on gunplay but I don't like the idea of the guy at the bottom of the leaderboard getting an OP weapon that was unearned. Anyway, the game won't have SBMM in the casual playlist and if the trophies are alright I think it will be a nice distraction for a while. Did anyone get a chance to play it?
