Am I missing something?

There's 10 special poems. 9 of them have a 1 in 3 chance of being selected and the last one randomly happens when loading up the game at a certain point. I've gotten the last one, but I'm missing one of the 1 in 3 ones. I've played it for hours, at least 50 games if not more. I have 3 chances per game. So if I'm correct, I've had a 1 in 3 chance of getting it 50 times, or a 1 in 9 chance 150 times, but I still haven't gotten it. Am I missing something, or do I just have horrific luck?

The latest patch has bugged the secret poems so certain ones either don't appear at all or have abysmal spawn rates. Some people have had luck downgrading their copy to v1.00 and getting the Secret Poems there, then re-patching to the latest update so the trophy can pop but others are having to wait for another patch. For digital copies, you need to use the Proxy Server exploit but retail copies can be reinstalled offline so the patch never downloads.
