"I Got This" Bugged?

So carrying out one more play through of this awesome game seeking to swipe up any trophies I missed the first few times round. I'm following the guides as I play ensuring I'm picking up all collectibles. I complete the University chapter and after checking chapter select I see that I'm missing one of the Training Manuals. There were two to collect on this chapter, both of which were not there when I went to their associated locations, I assumed that I'd picked them up on a previous play through. However, it turns out Health Kit: Sterilisation has never been picked up, yet it is not in the location that it should be?

Anybody had a similar issue and perhaps solved it?
