I can confirm you cannot get it solo. I did 5 weeks run with bots and you only get email to in game inbox with confirmation leage is done, but not the trophy. you can set the league as on demand (I did not know that) and do 5 quick races, 5 laps each in 40-50 min total. I am happy to boost it as you can set the league as on demand (I did not know that) and do 5 quick races, 5 laps each in 40-50 min total.
