I've literally finished Agents of Mayhem about 10 minutes ago. Really enjoyed the game as a whole but the grind sucks and the only massive piece of advice I can give is to make sure you focus on connected contracts from the get go!! There are 3 per day, others do not help you out and I've spent 6 days doing them on top to get this complete. Guides suggest they count when you aren't online but I did loads and nothing. Cheers Thank you! I appreciate the advice - I suspect that is absolutely going to come in handy, I'll make sure to keep that in mind when I eventually start Agents of Mayhem. Which I think might be the game after next - I tend to only play one thing at a time if I can, otherwise I lose focus. It's great to hear you had a good time with it, because it's not like you hear that all too often when it comes to that game.
Popular Post willythom88
Ok, time for another update. Finished Lego Ninjago. Great game, definitely one of the better Lego titles. Started working on some of the others, and I think once I get my PS4 controller to stop acting a fool and spinning the right stick on it's own, I'm going to commit to Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne. Excellent game. I'm not too far in but I am excited for the difficulty spike to hit. I'm playing on normal so I doubt it's gonna be too easy. I'm also putting more time into my PS3 stuff, specifically Outland. I got the worst trophies out of the way (specifically the one requiring online co-op). I have two PS3's sitting around, otherwise that wouldn't have happened. Also messed around with some other stuff but for now, Outland and SMT are definitely the frontrunners. I promise the amazing story is absolutely worth the slog through the archaic gameplay. I 100% agree too that playing them after the newer games - is a little bit of a struggle, it just makes you think the characters are stuck in treacle. I hate saying it, because I love the game so much, but it's unavoidable. I've always got an open pair of ears if you need to vent about it - that game definitely has a few frustrating elements, but you'll trounce them I'm sure. I appreciate it! I'm planning on ranting to @TalesofGaming or our other friend if it gets too bad. I do know the gist of the whole story so that also makes it pretty hard to keep going.
Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update #2: Masters of the Multiverse Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Nice and easy one to start off. The game was really good and a great showcase of the DualSense controller capabilities. I do wish the trophy list had been more in line with other R&C games - this list was way too easy and you don't have to come close to 100% completion to actually get the platinum. Popular Post skeggah
Hej! MediEvil Been casually moving through Gallowmere and have begun to enjoy MediEvil now. I think I might have 3 levels to go before starting with a couple of misc trophies and a chain of delivery-type quests. I really liked a couple of the stages, but one of them I really struggled with. I thought a needed 10.000 gold on hand for the moneytrophy, so I wasn't buying ammunition and such. Turns out it was 10.000 total and I made the game harder on myself than needed. Anywho, will probably finish this in two more sessions. Moving Out I can't really say much here, it was mostly my gf that played this game. She enjoyed it and said it only got better and better throughout the stages and gimmicks. I tried a couple of late game stages and definitely saw the appeal. It has some similarities to Overcooked in the silliness and layout. Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons This. This was a beautiful overhype on my part. I had read comments like 10/10 Masterpiece and went in with waaaay too high expectations. It was a fun game allright, but I thought it would have more. The controls were fine. What I really liked was the setting and environments. Only time I really struggled at all was controlling a damn boat. I can absolutely recommend this though. Also started, played and finished Golden Axe for PS3. I did not add this to the challenge, but I'm fine with it. Allright, I now have 9 more days of Playstation Now. 4 more games to go after finishing MediEvil. If I make it in time I will probably slow down my tempo for a while and go out in the sun. But just a little bit! I'm adding a new game as well! Completed games! 1) Dark Cloud (PS4) - 100% 14) Altered Beast (PS3) - 100% 11) Brave (PS3) - 100% 13) Moving Out! It's an awesome God of War-esque hack n' slash game. One cool thing about it is the "finishers" don't involve a bunch of QTE's (I always thought that takes away from the cinematic). I have this game on PS4 also, which I'll enjoy the second time sometime in the future. Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear: This game is giving me all kinds of trouble. First off I wanted to use my Move and Nav controllers to play it, but when I tried the battery was completely dead in the Nav controller. It wouldn't charge and only work when plugged in. I had to order a new one, take apart the controller and replace it, which meant I had to delay the start of this game. Second, there is a trophy for shooting all radios that has to be done in one sitting. Of course the game freezes on me and locks up my PS3... I'll have to try for that again another day next week. Third, there are sections where the Move has to be flicked in a direction which most of the time doesn't register for me. If not for my troubles I would have finished the game. Otherwise the game is not completely terrible. F1 2021: Since I had time to kill while waiting for the battery to arrive for my Nav controller I just played this game. I'm about 2/3 into my first season in career. Also found someone cool to do the co-op career trophies with. The trophies look out of order because we skipped all the races for 'Two Player Career Complete', then realized we actually have to finish a race for 'Start A Two Player Career'. Oops! That's it for this week. As for next week, I'll wrap up Heavy Fire (hopefully), continue with F1 and since next weekend is wide open for me I'll start Skylanders (possibly Friday night). See y'all next time! And Game on! Edited September 13, 2021 by DizzyDavidson

The Walking Dead: Final Season - 0% 5. Trials of Mana - 0% 6. Yooka-Laylee - 0% Mini update to kick me off.. I'm pleased I stumbled across Moons of Madness. I've recently become interested in astronomy so I went on the hunt for space related games. This one's a 1st person horror puzzler set on Mars. It gives me Fear vibes with random flashes of ethereal beings popping up for scares, but there's no combat which I'm fairly pleased about! I can't call it an exploration game because it's pretty linear but I'm very much enjoying it so far. I'm going to start Yooka-Laylee on my lazy day off today. I'm a little bit wary of the dodgy camera angles I've read about but I've been playing a lot of PS1 recently so I might not notice as much. I was going to put a big game on my list but decided against it. I'm finishing off the story of RDR2 so I can make a start on Ghost of Tsushima soon. I would have put GoT on my list but I don't fancy committing to 2 playthroughs and DLC within a time period despite the longer challenge. Happy hunting playerrrrsss! ?

Resonance of Fate - 10% 4. Drakengard 3 - 0% 5. Dragon Quest XI - 0% 6. Flower - 47% Made a ton of progress in Shiness. Have my first playthrough mostly wrapped up other than mastering all the combos with every character. I've finished that with one character so far out of five characters. Each character has four combos to master which just means using them in random battles until they gain enough experience to be mastered. I'll chip away at that one bit by bit because it's boring and quite a bit of tedium for a bronze trophy. Already started a second playthrough and making decent progress in that. Having to save often and make sure to quit to menu if I have two characters KOed to avoid game overs because this game is evil and if you get a game over, it autosaves and your playthrough is voided even if you quit to menu and reload from your previous save. Since you can't run from battles, only option is to quit to menu before the last character is KOed. Which is more of a pain when you don't have a full party (definitely going to be a pain later in the game with the stupid cannon part and the part where you have to do a boss solo). Glad I saved the no game overs for my second run though since it's much easier when you know where you're going and know how to solve the puzzles and what the good spots are to farm some monsters for more XP.
Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Update 2 - I'm actually going to use both of my swaps and also add a title. I know we're super early in the challenge, but despite how my good intentions with Monster:Hunter World and Monster Hunter:Iceborne were, they are taking up a sizeable amount of game time in the midst of a pretty large release spike (we're talking 100-200 hours). Removing them pretty much means I can squeeze in a few more newer release titles that I really want to play so the whole experience should now be more varied and manageable for me. The first swap being Deathloop - which is receiving some pretty positive reception and now they've revealed a bit more about the game, it seems like it will be right up my alley The second swap being Lost in Random - which looks wonderful and has had some pretty nice feedback from some of the streamers and channels I watch. Finally, the game I'm going to add is one that I've been waiting to get stuck into for a long long time and is now available to play on PS - Carrion - which is a 2-D horror adventure platformer where you play the monster and it has some serious John Carpenter's The Thing vibes about it which I adore. As for game progress, I've been chipping away at the mini-games for Judgment. I don't have a huge amount of trophy progress still, but my in-game progress is chugging along nicely. I'll be ranting about my experience with Mahjong, Shogi, Puyo Puyo and Baseball soon enough. Take care of yourselves and I'll see you in the next update! Resogun was fun, but I'm taking a break from it before starting in on the DLC. Some of those trophies look rough. I played Unravel instead of Pyre since I was in the mood for a platformer. Finished the playthrough I started, oh, 5 years ago and then followed the videos in the guide for the second playthrough. Other than a couple tricky spots, the no-death runs were pretty quick and painless. I also managed to cut down on Destiny 2 so it's not eating up most of my free time any more. Progress! I tried to start the long grind for Dead by Daylight, but there's a whole lot of issues with the PS4 version right now. Stuttering, crashing, etc. I was excited for the Hellraiser DLC, too but apparently playing Pinhead causes even more crashing right now. So instead of waiting to see if these issues get fixed, I'm using my first swap for another grindy game. DbD is out and Gran Turismo Sport is in. With GT7 coming out in March, I figure it's now or never for the Sport plat. I'm treating GT Sport like FFXIV where I'll whittle away at it over the whole challenge so it doesn't feel too overwhelming. Finished off Agents of Mayhem from the last challenge so that was a win. Worms is intolerable now but still have stuff to do. Hopefully online tonight then just grit out the rest. Sonic is unbearable after 4 acts only so might end up swapping that one out. Started Days Gone last night which is my one positive. Really enjoying what that's about so far.
