RHGSniperFox Posted August 4, 2021 Share Posted August 4, 2021 Depends on the boss, there's one that can't be flipped (No spoilers, but the reason why is really obvious when you get to it). Their death occurs even if you wiretap them. For the others, you first need to wiretap the district that they'll be in. Otherwise, you'll automatically kill them.
