Night and Darkness trophy not popping

Has anyone had any issues with the Night and Darkness trophy not popping? Or any prophecy trophy for that matter? I've fulfilled the Night and Darkness prophecy and claimed the prize and the trophy has not popped yet. I've done a run in the meantime and since spoken to Nyx again since claiming the prize and the trophy still hasn't popped. The only thing I can think of is that I fulfilled the Harsh Conditions prophecy at the same time as Night and Darkness and I only got the trophy for Harsh Conditions. Has anyone had issues with popping trophies if you turned in two trophy prophecies in one go? Thanks for any help you can provide.

 

Edit: If this happens to you, close out of the game. When you reopen the game and change rooms the trophy should pop. It just did for me.
