The major problem with the Director's Cut is that the pricing is wonky and hard to understand. If you don’t own the game at all: $60 for the Director’s Cut on PS4 $70 for the Director’s Cut on PS5 If you already own Ghost of Tsushima on PS4: $20 to upgrade to the Director’s Cut on PS4 $30 to upgrade to the Director’s Cut on PS5 If you buy the Director’s Cut on PS4: $10 to upgrade to the Director’s Cut on PS5 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I bought the Directors Cut Disc Version for PS4 but I'm only able to upgrade for 29,99. Also it shows me to buy the Directors Cut separatly for the PS4 ? KingOfGold Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 (edited) I think the difference is not that big to be honest, I would say adaptative triggers and haptic feedback (only good when you ride your horse across a wooden bridge) haven’t been integrated in an efficient way. They didn’t put a lot of effort into it. A lot of time you feel like they could have done much much better. Like for the grapple when you swing, why isn’t there anything ??? (You only feel it when you use the grapple in the dlc in a specific way (no spoil). The game is still very beautiful though, and the Iki story and its original soundtrack is one of the best I have ever heard (especially the final fight !!).
