I wonder how well it optimized for controller controls. I was looking at this game but don't usually play on PC

oh man, i've never had much interest in crusader kings, but if this is happening, the maybe victoria 3 will when that comes out, then everyone gets to understand the true economic hell ahahahahah

Probably not a good idea to start the game if you are a completionist. Trophies will be difficult, buggy and have 10 dlc packs. Stellaris has all of that and no guide even for the main game. As the main focus of paradox is on PC, I doubt they will care much about the console version, much less about trophies.

I love Crusader Kings but I couldn't imagine playing it on a console with a controller, this is a game that really should be played on PC with a keyboard and mouse.

I love this game, but I do not think it would work well on a controller. I wonder how they will address the modding community.  That is part of which makes the series great.  Crusader Kings 2 has an awesome Game of Thrones mod that they are currently working on making available for CK3.

I love this on pc. Looking forward to trying on console.

 

As someone else mentioned, Stellaris is somewhat similar, and that controls....ok on console. 

 

Keep improving the control scheme and id get this nice n early.
