Have you been to the upside down portion of Two-Town yet? Spoiler After you complete the board game and move to the upside down portion of the level you'll meet Royam, whom will send you on a quest to find posters on walls. You'll find another "gear" to shoot unlocking a bridge which will gain you the next story page and the "Upside Downtowner" trophy for solving the Upside Down puzzle.
